We brought our unique approach to culture change to the conversation and worked with them to deliver their preferred culture via three Culture Transformation Teams, recruited from within their organisation, to build momentum from the inside out.
This process was supported by a communications strategy which celebrated the team’s journey at every stage and told the story of their impact to the business.
We designed a nine-month journey with the client, blending impactful workshops with ongoing coaching and reflection, uniting leaders around a vision for their culture, whilst upskilling them for implementation. This included:
