Job Title: Director
Salary & Benefits: £68,000 base salary plus share scheme and benefits
Four day week (32 hours), flexible remote working and uncapped holiday.

You will help shape strategy, win and grow client partnerships, deliver to clients and develop our business ensuring we continue to scale without compromising the values and quality that define our reputation.
What Makes This Role Different
This is a hands-on leadership role combining senior client delivery, business development and company-building. We are not looking for a Director who simply contributes new opportunities. We are looking for someone who has already helped build, scale and grow a sustainable consulting, coaching or professional services business.
Alongside exceptional facilitation, advisory and coaching skills, you will bring commercial insight, a growth mindset and the ability to create opportunities through trusted relationships, thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Lead and grow trusted client relationships across the life sciences sector
- Design and facilitate high-impact leadership and team development programmes
- Coach senior leaders and executive teams with confidence and credibility
- Lead business development activity and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
- Grow existing accounts while generating new client opportunities
- Help shape and execute Five&Co.’s commercial growth strategy
- Develop new propositions, services and intellectual property
- Mentor and develop colleagues, strengthening consulting, facilitation and commercial capability
- Represent Five&Co. through networking, speaking and thought leadership activities
This role will involve some international travel (approximately 4-8 times per year), within Europe and North America.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven consulting experience in leadership, team or organisational development
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and programme design capability
- A demonstrable track record of winning consulting engagements and growing client accounts
- Experience helping a growing consultancy or professional services business scale sustainably and successfully
- Strong commercial judgement and understanding of sustainable business growth
- Experience creating opportunities through networks, referrals and thought leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, values-led approach and desire to build something meaningful with others
- Ability to bring supportive, constructive challenge to the leadership team
We would be particularly excited to hear from people who have
- Played a significant role in growing a small consultancy from one stage of maturity to the next
- Built substantial repeat business from long-term client relationships
- Balanced commercial success with exceptional client impact
- Developed the competence and confidence of other consultants, facilitators, coaches or leaders
- Worked within life sciences, biotech or other knowledge-intensive sectors
