Our client was a senior leader in a mid-size pharmaceutical company. As an exceptional enterprise leader, they had recently received a promotion to the C-suite of the organisation. They asked for our help in the transition from being excellent at leading within the business to excelling at shaping the future of the business.

A 24-hour immersive leadership accelerator with a trusted advisor, combining coaching, mentoring, and guided reflection:    

  • Discovered the present and decoded the team: Explored their personal wiring to build self-awareness and mapped the team’s dynamics using 5 Voices, reframing how their natural style shapes the culture   
  • Reflected on the past and imagined the future: Reflected decade-by-decade to connect life experiences with leadership identity and unlocked purpose through open dialogue on aspirations and leadership vision   
  • Planned the future and committed to change: Built an actionable framework for change – personal, professional and relational, which was followed up over the next 6 months

Results 

The client reported a deeper understanding of how they “show up,” enabling them to lead with consistency and integrity in the new context, while building trust and influence across the organisation. In particular: 

  • Using their new appreciation of their unique leadership preferences to make clear, grounded decisions
