Five&Co. was founded with a simple idea: that leaders in the life sciences sector deserve a trusted partner to help them and their teams thrive.
Our story began when our founders—Jane, Tim, and Nick—brought together decades of leadership experience across industries. Having each lived the highs and lows of leading teams, they recognised a gap: leaders often lacked the kind of support that understood both the weight of responsibility and the opportunities that leadership brings. Five&Co. was formed to close that gap and to support leaders as trusted partners.
Launched during the global lockdown, Five&Co. was built for times of disruption.
What began as a small partnership quickly grew into long-term relationships with senior leaders and global organisations across the life sciences sector. As our work expanded, so did our vision: to make thriving teams a reality across the sector, shaping organisations where people can perform at their best and feel well while doing it.
In 2024, we became a certified B Corporation, a milestone that reflects both our growth and our values. For us, B Corp status isn’t just a badge—it signals our commitment to using business as a force for good.
It means we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and responsibility.
