Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with the Ethics and Compliance leadership team in a global biopharmaceutical company, to sharpen focus, and stretch leadership impact across the function.

We used our unique Thriving Team Journey to benchmark their current performance and design a roadmap to help them grow with intention, integrity, and pace.

Set a Bold Ambition: Using our Thriving Team Benchmark, collecting data from both the team and the leader, we mapped where the team stood and defined aspirational behaviours and outcomes.

Build a Roadmap: We helped identify key milestones and focus for the team with clear inputs and outputs required over the year

Facilitating a unique leadership assessment process – “The 5Voices of the Team” – to spark personal reflection and shape relational communication

Engaging Team workshops to review baseline data, identify opportunities and define goals

Actively supporting and coaching the communications lead to shape and deliver a strategy that felt purposeful and part of delivering their preferred culture

Results

A 10.3% increase in the team’s Culture Survey score
